At Jangus Comedy, we take pride in our roots as a stand-up comedy production company based in Ontario, Canada.

Jordan Angus is a 31 year old Storytelling/Observational Ottawa Comic who strives to stay true to his roots while making the community feel embraced with engaging real life relatable experiences. Jordan is a huge animal lover but goes wild for any dog. His inspirations for comedy include; Mike Macdonald, Eddie Murphy and Robin Williams. Although Ottawa is his home Jordan travels all throughout Ontario and Quebec to perform and produces shows such as the Battle of Ontario.  Jordan Angus recently featured at Ottawa own Yuk Yuk's comedy club. Jordan Angus was a nominee for Ottawa Faces Award Magazine for the Comedian of the year. In just one year Jordan has successfully sold out 3 Battle of Ontario shows in both Ottawa and Toronto. Jordan has several comedy goals such as producing shows to not only bring the community together but to also provide local talents to come together with a positive environment to boost the comedy scene within Ottawa. Jordan has an the opportunity to work with a plethora of comics such as; Tom Green, Jeremy Hotz, as well as many local talents throughout Ontario.

Fun facts about Jordan’s family is that they are indeed from Trinidad, Jordan was raised by two strong women and has two younger brothers who support his comedy career day in and day out. Jordan is open about the battles he faced as a new comic and how he struggled with stage fright and often can be found supporting comics backstage going through the same thing.
